USER TERMS

Agents:

By using our platform, you expressly agree to the following:

That you bear full responsibility and liability for all transactions carried out by you on the platform.

That propertygh.com shall not be responsible or liable in any way with regards to your use of the platform. As such, it shall not be made to be a witness or representative to you in any legal or other battles. You therefore agree to choose your own witness for the entire process. You also agree that propertygh.com shall not be sued by you for any reason unless it is a party to the transaction as the “user/client”.

Any fees to be incurred as a result of legal activities or any other activity caused by you shall be paid by you in full plus 20% inconvenience cost to propertygh.com after such process.

You agree to pay a minimum amount of Twenty Ghana Cedis GHC 20.00 for every post you submit relating to properties for rent once you have already posted the first one for free. This means first posts per day are totally free. Non-payment shall lead to the deletion of your posts and possible blocking of your account by propertygh.com All payments to propertygh.com (SKY iNOTECH LTD) shall be non-refundable.

You agree that your posts about properties available for sale shall be jointly managed by yourself and propertygh.com and 50% of the commission paid to you after the full commission is paid to propertygh.com by the parties, i.e. Buyer and seller of the property.

Your posts shall be deleted if found to violate any of our terms or by the sole discretion of propertygh.com (SKY iNOTECH LTD).

These terms may be updated or edited at any point in time without notifying you directly. You are responsible for checking it at all times to ensure you do not violate it as it shall be treated as the working terms at any point in time. Your unawareness of same shall not in any way shield you from any part of it nor make the platform liable in any way.

Users:

You also agree that propertygh.com shall not be sued by you for any reason unless it is a party to the transaction as the “user/client”.

Your posts shall be deleted if found to violate any of our terms or by the sole discretion of propertygh.com (SKY iNOTECH LTD).

ALL USERS (Agents, Builders and Users):

You agree that SKY iNOTECH LTD or any of its partners and associates may periodically send you advertisement contents via any of the communication channels provided by you.
